When life kicks you in the nuts

TRYING hard mate!!!

Time for a full face helmet to hide the teeth!!!

Good stuff Gav  - love the Evora - first picture Iā€™ve seen of a dude in the rear seats
Thx Ben!

It was great meeting up one and all at Donny! Your car is Sooo Cool mate! Wish I had grabbed a Pax ride last week!

Stripes rock too! :sunglasses:
Thanks bud. It was great to be reunited with after its 5+months holiday at JSR. John has done a fab job with it again and all dimensions were on the money,ā€¦apart from my driving  Now its back Iā€™m desperate to get out again and get some more proper seat time.

When I get around to it I might ditch the stripes. Will stay with black and white though. Iā€™m also amassing some go-faster bits for next year although last week reminded me the most important go-faster bit is between the seat and the steering wheel.

Agreed too, great to see one and all last week :sunglasses:

Hey Gav, you know Iā€™ve seen you lurking. But itā€™s great to see you back here in the flesh, as it were, with a sparkling new car and a nipper in the back.
Like the other northern lads have said, letā€™s be seeing you soon.
Better still, call in at Churchtown!

Ben!

Cool piloting man! Cool car in every way! JSR have found you the sweet spot mate!

Keep the stripes! NO to white wheels again!!!

Where RU in the ā€˜Smokeā€™! I am now is Bishops Stortford!

Exactly opposite to you, Iā€™m in SW down Kingston way. Maybe we should organise a Bedford hoon and curry before the year is out, thatā€™s up your way???

Iā€™d be up for that!

Loving the cars, both Gav and Pete. Pete, glad to hear youā€™re hanging onto itā€¦ it does look lovely!

Well done lads.

That Evora looks nice and practical Gav, I bet the little fella loves riding in it.

Good to see that Pete has my grim taste in colour as well. Shrek has reminded me that I miss Kermitā€™s green glow
Well, my life has kicked me in the nuts big time this year!

Here is ā€˜Shrekā€™! My outlet for all my sh1t!!!

Some of you now know that I am no longer flying as I was medically grounded earlier in the yearā€¦ 30 years of flying ended out of the blueā€¦

A good excuse for a GREEN S1 I thought!

Her she is having the amazing new 46mm Nitron NTR dampers fitted and ā€˜Geoeā€™dā€™ last week!

More on those soon!
Shrekā€¦Does that make you Miss Fiona then Pete

Really clean car Pete ā€¦ looked great and will look even better in the sun down in Wollongong

Mine passed the emissions test today :sunglasses:

Sorry to hear about your problems Gav, if I were to buy an Evora, youā€™ve ticked every box mate, superb! Good luck for a rosy future

Pete, seen you already  your S1 is MINT!!!

Glad to see you both around again.

Gav, sorry to hear things havenā€™t been going well, but the car looks awesome. Evoraā€™s are really starting to grow on me as well now.

Pete, love shrek, sorry to hear you are not flying any more matey.

Brill news Andy! Get it on the road now mate and go V8 hunting!!!

We must meet up when I arrive ok!

Cheers Sean,

Yes, it is a bugger and came out of the blue. But life goes on with lots of other opportunities ahead! So pleased I am back in S1 ownership too! :sunglasses:

Nice one Pete - good to have you back!

Alex

Pete

Sorry I couldnā€™t make it to Donny last week, so only just catching up with your news.

Important thing is that youā€™re okay, & hopefully about to start enjoying life again to the full

When are you off to Oz, & will it be your permanent residence in future?

We all missed you ā€˜Dadā€™!

Besides, the paddock needed livening up with you bright coloured Exige!
