Mine came detached yesterday at Goodwood making for an interesting lift-off effect when the well meaning 5,500rpm “get you home” limiter cut in.The connector isn’t the best but a cable-tie around it and some tape to keep the weather out seemed to do the trick.Of course if you’ve have not had the ECU recall/upgrade then this won’t be a problem.[This message has been edited by Matthew Treagus (edited 10 March 2003).]
Forgot to mention you’ll find it attached (hopefully) to a struct behind the rear offside wheel.
