Boring Silver

Boring Grey…
WHY dont we see more colours on our wheels!!!
I think the RS Porkies with the Red or Blue wheels kinda look cool… and I like Franks Orange ones too! 
So!
On a Storm Titanium car, what colour do you think would go great… aside from silver, black, blah blah blah!

Tough colour car to mess with wheels TBO, I had the same problem with my M3 CSL in silver grey.
Saw a photoshopped version of a grey S2 with the colour scheme from the new GT3 RS - red wheels plus decals, looked pretty good I reckon - will have a hunt for the piccy…

The idea came into my head the other day when I took my diffuser to be powdercoated as part of Boothy’s Eliminator mod. The guys showed me the colour chart available! So many!!!
Blue looked quite good! Laser blue perhaps???
It’s just so bloody boring looking at all those silver wheels typically covered in brake dust etc! I mean even the Gee Wiz has silver wheels! 
Have a look tomorrow on your way into work… and you will see what I mean! Silver Silver Silver!!! Arggghhh!

Don’t paint them white Pete but you know that already. After a couple of years of white I’m considering a change for 2010.

In my own little world as usual, why have you missed me? 
My wheels on my original S1 Elise were gold originally, on a new ally car… looked HORRIBLE. They were redone in silver, which looked great, then redone in deep smoke gunmetal which looked AWESOME!
Gold might work on other colours though.
Charcoal Anthracite And the brake dust doesn’t stand out as bad.
