Any idea what spring rate they are?

Standard LSS suspension…300/350 I believe but I could be wrong.
Rene if you are thinking of changing I thoroughly recommend 400/475 Eibachs with Nitrons changes car completly …
Only downside is my dentures keep coming unstuck.
