They use the same as an N/A which is just a good quality 5w-40

And I believe on a normal oil change you don’t have to drain the coolers just the sump and then refill that what the manual says anyway If I remember correctly
5W40 full synthetic and fit a baffled sump as well!
I use Motul 300V 5/40 in my 220 S
Motul sponsor the Lotus Cup Europe series and this is what they recomend
Correct oil coolers do not get draind
Agree worth getting baffeled sump

very easy to install the challenge is getting the old pan off

Silkolene 5w - 40 gets my vote too. I’d drink it if i didnt make me sick.
Silkolene Pro S 5w 40 for me as well, get mine from opie oils
