is this an exige or a motorsport elise?looks very nice and very cheap. is it worth going down to have a look? http://www.thelotuscentre.co.uk/ just click on exige its the only one they have.

I had a good look at this car at Stoneleigh and it looked to me like it was a “bitsa” car - made up from odds and ends rather than a showroom standard Exige.To be fair to South West Lotus Centre it is priced very reasonably for the parts it has on it, and would probably make a stonking track car - but it didn’t quite hang together as a “pretty” road car

As Mark says, if you’re looking for a track based “Motorsport Elise”, then it’s not a bad car, but if you’re looking for an Exige, and have a mind to sell it in future, then I would steer clear as it’s a bit of a mongrel.
