Cant find anything in Searches so I’ll ask here.
Thinking of buying a Video cam for in car shots (most will be of me being overtaken by Rice Burners)
What are your recs??
Must not be too expensive as saving for Emerald.

had a look around their website but couldn’t see a really decent picture of the camera itself. I use a rf concepts bullet cam & it has the benefit of a sacrifical glass lens that you can change. I have broken two on track days. It’s not that they are fragile but following other cars at track speeds means that sooner or later you are going to damage the lens…

Good tip

Also, I tried using a bullet cam suckered to the rear screen - but it’s so dark back there, that the camera suffers from ever exposure - as I found out at Donnington

I have had zero luck with video footage until Combe the other day!

I have a Sony SR10 and the Manfrotto clamp / mount which Damon has.

Yep. Variable quality! My first one took rubbish video… the second good vid but no sound! Good price though!
