I cann’t believe someone would do this to such a mint car!
Who would paint their laser blue car snot green
I do agree it’s a shame on a mint car. Mine did need some new blue paint in several places so it was a different situation.
Think of all the driver training he could have paid for compared to the cost of a respray!
I see nothing wrong with a green car
i think he is the guy who try to sell it for 27K on PH but dont think it got sold in the end?
Paintwork is blistered anyway so its not that mint
Paint in Aqua green, such a rare colour
Thread on SELOC about the same topic. As I suggested on there, I don’t know why he doesn’t wrap it. It’s cheaper, will protect the existing paintwork so he can put it back to standard when he sells. Win win surely??
and he will end up with a green exterior and a blue interior, just highlighting the bizarre colour change…
There is a well known Sport 300 Esprit that was re-built with a scandal green exterior & blue alcantara interior. Doesn’t sound great, but looks great in the flesh IMHO. Maybe the owner is copying that??
i wish he kept the same color or just wrap it…it ruins it now i think…
It must be something about Laser Blue cars. I heard about some heathen who actually took a perfectly lovely Laser Blue car and first of all put stripes on it and then painted it bloody Dynarod Orange. Some people eh!
Wax my legs, Instamatic Boy!
Almost as bad as putting a Japooneese engine int back
Never
The way I see it I don’t think many truly unmodified cars exist. We’ve all made modifications that we consider improve the car for its intended use or personalise it for purely aesthetic reasons.
Planning, debating, costing, saving for, justifying, researching, bragging about, hiding invoices for our modifications is an important part of Exigedom.
Whether that be common changes like upgrading the brakes, installing emeralds and nitrons/ohlins to more substantial changes like engine conversions, changing colours schemes and modifying every single body panel.
Wherever you are on the spectrum if it’s put a smile on your face then that’s justification enough
Benja is on the hook!!!
WE NEED A BIGGER BOAT!!!
A Honda Type R engine has now inexplicibly joined the VHPD massive in my garage
That’ll make a lovely pressie for No1 wifey - it would obviously be wasted on you!
