I found recently an original engine cover and obviously I need all the parts as you can see on the pic.

Engine cover looks great - I saw it for sale and was tempted myself. Too late now! 
Have you checked what parts are still available from Lotus? If you don’t have a local dealer, Lotus Silverstone in the UK are very helpful.
The bowden cable for the tailgate release (‘12’ in the diagram) was still available new in 2016 - I took the opportunity to replace mine when the rear clam was off. You are welcome to have my old one if it helps - it was working fine when I replaced it but is 18 years old! New is probably better!

I purchased and replaced that lot from DeRoure before I put the rear clam back on. Actually it was all surprisingly cheap. If you can’t get hold of it new anymore I can supply my old 4. I have 26 but it’s a little battered.
Edit both those new are approx £40+Vat and still available.

Have you tried contacting Junks (Phil Peek)? I got a new Tailgate Release Cable from him last year - B111U0586F. Hopefully I’ll get around to fitting it someday, along with rest of my growing collection of parts!
