Better make sure mine is locked up properly best it disappears off my car!

Out of interest, can you get black ones from lotus?

Left one on a petrol pump once - drove back 20 miles and they had kept it for me
Also left it on the flat section above the rear wheel and it was still there 5 miles down the road
I guess I deserve to have lost mine but luckily - especially at that price - I haven’t yet!

Which, alas is how i lost mine returned to the filling station & they had a box full but not mine
It took ages to get a replacement, according to the dealer one had to be ‘lifted’ off the factory floor as no spares were available. Of course the car was still in production then…

Is this S1 or S2 you are looking for - I have the S1 new innards which will work on their own until you can find a new ally bit?? �25 each with 2 keys

(S1) I have been offered one but without the keys do you know how to remove the outer to put on your inner?
I replaced the inner on my old car. It’s held in by Sikaflex. I ended up destroying the old inner by using various tools that I could find before managing to persuade it to let go of the outer.
You’ll be very lucky to get the old one out without destroying it but putting the new one back in is easy
Got about 4 new innards here with keys so no rush if you want one

Lucky for me a mate of mine had a spare from when he worked at Lotus Rib Val…
If you have not tried already maybe (dare i say it !!) Douglas valley breakers should have some 2nd hand ones in - however it will possible cost as much as a new one !!!
Bell and Collvill sell the official S1 Lotus one in siver �116.69…OUCH!
