I made my own using a chunk of black foam plastic I found in some packaging…its not a direct match but is quite presentable unlike its owner…

In that case, you’re after a “wireless blank” 
Found the part number for a long one piece blank (RHD). It is A111V0079K. Lotus dealers can order this and supply in black alcantara. Mel Broom is the trim person at the factory that can arrange trim colours.

I have a long radio blank that came out of a S1 Elise.
I assume it is the same.
I’ll have a look at the part number on it when I am home.
