V6 Exige number plates

I was looking for one for my own V6 Exige and then lost the plot and bought four others.

They are all corkers. Looking for good homes. All on retention now so ready for transfer as soon as your car arrives.

V6 EXX
V6 XGB
V6 XSC
V6 SGO

Looking for 2500 for each.

Contact me at [email protected] for more info or for a photoshopped pic of a car in your spec wearing one of these plates.

Cheers

Sorry, but I must be missing something here. Why are they 2500!?

See pictures!

I’d easily pay more for a plate I really liked and have done in the past.

Just for reference EX11 GES is asking 3,995 and EX11 GER 3000.

So 2500 is usefully less and you get a shorter plate (with no spelling issues) into the bargain.

They finish the car off really nicely, makes it timeless, could help to re-sell the car and with 5 digits can be trimmed down at the front too. As mentioned one of them will be going on my own car.

It’s a case of each to their own. Someone paid 15,000 for PEN15. I’m guessing that wasn’t you!

n/a

I have S3 EXG which is only available if someone is willing to swap the available K11RTS (a snip at 9K!). As well as looking like ‘S3 Exige’ a former colleague read it as SEX God!

Kurt

Would be nice to see a picture of your new S3 Exige too!

hmm - ‘private reg’ or a supercharger… choices choices

V6 LOT can be had for less than 2500!

I have EX51GE F and only paid 500 for it from DVLA, maybe it is now worth more?

What does the F stand for ade?

Gotta pay for that V6 somehow…

Similair can be had for 399 off dvla!

It just seems wrong that you can go to DVLA, pay 300 or similar then come on here and advertise them for 2500.
What kind of a world do we live in?

Photoshooping one onto a picture of your car dont come cheap these days you know!

JPS is berplates your business? I only ask as I’d be interested to know what ade’s plate, mine and a few others are worth? I don’t get these prices, yours included and felt your pitch lacked credibility but I also believe there is a buyer for everything. I also believe and would rather pay for a cheeky plate like PEN1S or BOL10X rather than letting everyone know JON is driving an X5 with a V6 that’s just cut them up

You beat me to it JF.

I get the whole number plate thing and had several plates in my time. What I don’t get is how you’ve valued these, relatively speaking, nondescript V6 plates when you can buy similar directly from the DVLA for 400. Moreover, you say you lost the plot and bought 4, but you have an assigned email address for selling plates.

Uberplates is also related to an eBay sale of 10+ plates on one ad.

All wasted on me. My car is EX51 GEE and I did not notice until Mark, the seller pointed it out to me. However, my neighbour spotted it he second I dove into the road.

As for 2500, he’s having a laugh.

Maybe I don’t get opportunism because it never happens to me, but after finishing 12 hours at the coal face I was probably a bit harsh as I was feeling resentful about earning shed loads for doing FA.- sorry

feel like i shouldn’t have deleted my scathing post now

lol

If interested in any of the plates, please feel free to offer what any of them are worth to you. No-one is under any obligation of any kind, to do any more.

You have to put a asking price as per the rules of this site. Elsewhere, where permitted, I have always invited offers. I have only gone by the asking prices of plates that I consider less desirable than mine and undercut them for good measure.

Certainly wasn’t expecting pitch forks and burning torches!

Have you sold any???.
