Just watching 2nd practice. The rise to the first corner is being compared to all sorts of circuits from Eau Rouge to Ostereichring. Reminds me of the rise and left hander off the back straight at Anglesey!

I had seats at the Turn 12 Grandstand with non stop action. Excellent facilities and real credit to the team to get everything in place. No lines of cars waiting to get the parking at the circuit. The enthusiasm from the US crowd was unbelievable, every lap was like a Mexican wave as people stood up to get a better view. I guess the Mexicans in attendance showed us how that’s done. So happy with the result, obvious that Lewis and Jensen were pushing hard, and great with so many Union Jack around. If you get a chance i’d recommend going. i’m looking forward to the first trackday there next year.
I thought the RV park was a great idea. Drive to the circuit, park up, then cook, relax, beer, party & watch GP without any hassle.
