Ade, even though you are still stupid do you have any idea on what sort of power your new gearbox will be able to handle?
Have you got gearbox oil temp sensors now?
Oh and while I am at it what sort of power will a supercharged Yota be good for?

I did not bother with the temp sensors in the gearbox, but i can add that the car ran about 3 degrees hotter on track so it must be taking quite a lot of heat from the gearbox oil, the final thing was the fact I could touch the gearbox casing comfortably which is a large improvement from before.
As for power, I’m not really sure they quote 400hp but it’s not the HP that brakes it, it’s the torque, so maybe 250lb/ft might be a suitable limit for the gearbox.
finally the engine is good for 300hp in standard form and peak of about 350hp with an MP62 SC, with a big turbo and spending a lot on upgrades there are Celicas running between 500-600hp.
So are you going to wind it up to 350 then? Seems your pretty well kitted out to get it there.
