I was thinking of upgrading my intercooler (Forge or MMG) and was wondering if i could fit a smaller pulley (2.9) along with this upgrade or would i have to go down the chargecooler route instead?? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks

Just for further confusion, changed a clutch on a 12k 220S today, with long roof and OE mesh fitted. You need to remove the cooler, unless you have fingers like ET.
Inside was coated in oil, washed out with half a cup of clean petrol, came out black as black.
Also the front edge had the two lower rows blocked with leaves, pollen, dust and general road crap, and the rest had various crud attatched. cleaning with compressed air from the outlet side cleaned it nicely.
Gotta help things!

Thanks Chris and Moomim, that answers me that. I already have most of the other work already done ie injectors ecu etc so looks like a simple upgrade. Was gonna ask JSR to fit and remap for me because i live in dudley, sounds like he is too busy stuffing his face with biscuits though - ha ha Cheers again guys. Martin

I’m not JSR mate, so sorry if that is what I implied. John is one of my best mates though and I do spend loads of time hanging out there and helping out and stuff.

No, we, JSR, don’t do remaps on S2 Exiges, but prep cars up to the point of remapping - coolers, exhausts, intake, gearkits, etc - and can arrange for remaping to be done, including transporting the car if required.
