I notice in the Owners Car section - TT mentions a future upgrade of “breather kit and catch tank”. What’s all this about then? Benefits? prices anyone?

Well, I may not be getting it now. JCT600 rung me today to say that they had spoken to James (the technical guy from Lotus) and he said that this was a 340R upgrade only. It would cause my car to tick over like a bag of spanners - The explanation for this was that the breather kit allowed the engine to suck in cold air via these pipes… Sounds like complete cr*p to me… When I mentioned that they had fitted the very same kit to Steve Greens car he paused for a second then said he’d get back to me…Still waiting…
I’ve had the kit fitted…but very definitely not by JCT…I don’t think I need to say anymore!!!
