Uldis - current engine spec and results

From seloc:

No Steve, according to Simon Erland you weren’t the devil you were a Fcking Cnt and furthermore Dave Walker was a F*cking primadonna trying to steal all the credit for Simon E’s work and just wanted his name in a magazine.

Simon Erland, are you also denying what you said to DVA regarding myself?

Yep that comment quite correctly quotes my opinion of you mr butts, expressed not on an internet forum but in a telephone conversation and you know why I think that, the comment about DW is a total lie.

So, Simon Erland where do we go from here? You have just publically admitted calling me a [censored] [censored].

[edit] The censored part reads Fcking Cnt. The * = u.

What grounds do you have for such a public insult?

There is a witness to you saying that about me, AND to you saying the already posted insults of Dave Walker.

So you want the public to believe that only half of your phone call was a lie…

You really are the big man when hiding behind your keyboard.

Would much rather spend all my time working in clay, but I am going to see this thing through.

simon

As opposed to all the $hit you’ve been digging in lately

Tim.

Anything is possible Bernard, but I hope not

I thought you guaranteed not CLICKY

Not clear at all.

So infact you’re not guarenteeing the engines won’t break, you’re just putting a warranty on them

isn’t that the same?
Why would someone put a warranty on something, risking extra work and exposure if he wasn’t pretty sure it wouldn’t happen?

But then, sh!t happens, therefore nobody can be sure of the future. Like for ex, Mike’s Audi had to be rebuilt after the wrong plugs were used. Sh!t happens.

Eventually I’m sure one will break and he will fix it, after all, all engines can break. At least his has a warranty.

Pretty clear to me.

isn’t that the same?

Of course not.

A warranty means that if the engine goes pop it’ll be fixed (assuming the warranty covers what went wrong) but you’ll be without the use of engine for as long as it takes to fix.

This time-out couldln’t happen with an unbreakable engine.

of course it`s the same

isn’t that the same?

not really.
try to imagine fitting that engine to an aircraft (ultra light helicopter, for example).
no problem if it doesn’t break, but repairing the engine FOC could be a bit late if it fails mid air…

Uldis,

All your flannel doesnt disguise the nonsense about Your engine being near to Steve’s it is around 30BHP and 20lb/ft behind. Attacking me personally will not change those facts. If you dispute any of them , then show us where.

That is the point of this thread and those comments have been thoroughly discredited (a familiar theme it seems).

Dave

I guess the correct thing for me to do would be to read the whole thread… but i only got this far, before becoming confused…

There’s not really much to seperate one piece of rhetoric from another but I didn’t read the part where anyone compared Uldis’ current spec to Steve Butts’ ??

now i’ve read the whole thread and i guess i should have also read the SELOC thread… is that where the assertion comes from ?

Hi Mike. Maybe… don’t know.

But I would advise against going to Sellcock, nothing good can come out of there.

Just relax and enjoy life

Roxteddy,

We’ve already done this to death.

Simon Erland compared the two engines not me.

Others sought clarification.

They now have it directly from Uldis.

End of story.

Dave

and still you have NO idea, not even Uldis knows yet - because Uldis is at the rollers today, though I know the mapping will be short of what the engine deserves.

your campaign to discredit his engine is typical of you, but utterly disengenuous!

But will you release the figures, even if they are not what you hoped for ? I suspect not.

Bernard

Simon,

you are mad.

I dont operate any campaigns, You are just paranoid.

Dave

I am sure I am not the only one who thinks this thread is a load of tosh. Usually this forum is refreshing free of all this kind of public handbagging - can you not go and slag each other off somewhere else? And all over the K series, which really should have been left where it belonged powering grannies in their Rover 100s
