Few pictures from trip to Italy.

Ferry from Newcastle to Amsterdam then drove down to Italy through Holland, Germany and Austria to Lake Garda for a few days before over to Lake Como as base for trip to Monza GP.

Trip back via Stelvio stopping off at Nurburgring.

Amazing trip in the Evora which attracted loads of attention everywhere we stopped, including being mobbed by the Hungarian F1 FanClub when we rocked up at the entrance to Monza.

We did 1800 miles and any guesses what trip computer said it has done to the gallon? :slight_smile:

Epic trip, Steve. We need a Northern meet for full debrief . . . off to Majorca on Thurs. We’re back in time for Pesky’s gathering so guess that will be the day to fill us in.

We have been to Garda for short breaks about 5 times over last few years. Just dont go on the boat to Riva at other end of lake, as it takes 4 hours each way and only 40 mins in Riva before last boat back :slight_smile:

If I hadn’t taken in the Stelio or stretched the cars legs on the German autobahns it could have been close to 34 mpg.

Still had plenty of fills ups with petrol in Italy at nearly 1.8 euro a litre :frowning:

Im fifty in a couple of years and fancy a drive to monza, grateful for any tips, see you at Peskys do.
