Aldi have their trickle charger back in stock. I’ve been using one of these for the past three winters to keep the battery charged with no issues. Excellent value at £13.99!
It will do the following:
- Standard charging
- Low current maintenance trickle charge
- Recovery of heavily discharged batteries
Switchover from standard to trickle charge is automatic and uses the same voltage monitor ic as many other units. It also has a setting for motorbike batteries and one with a slightly higher voltage for cold weather charging.
