For those of you that have removed the trans, a few questions:Are both bolts, holding the driveshaft to the rear hubs, RH turn? I got the left one off but am having a problem with the right. Maybe I’m turning it the wrong way??To remove the driveshaft from the trans, do you just pry it out by sliding a crowbar like tool between the inner CV Joint and the trans??Any feedback would be great!ThanksRoy
Hi Roy,Use a wedge shaped tool and hit it quite hard they will pop out.Worth replacing the seals at the same time.Can you get Rover parts where you are? if so i let you have the part numbers of the seals.AFAIK both are right hand threadedPhil
