Trackday noise limits

I am trying to find the noise limits for trackdays and how they are measured.
I borrowed a decibel meter and tested the Exige last week at 98 decibels. This was a static test with the meter at 45 degrees to the exhaust and 500 mm away. I used 5500 rpm but this was from the ACU tests for bikes over 1000cc.

Can anyone help I do not want to get to the track and then find it is to loud.

Static tests are usually carried out at 3/4 max RPM 1 meter away at 45 degrees, so what you did was very similar

Most venues use ‘drive-by’ for track days…It should be in their T&C

I think so 98db is about rite for a s2 exige static test
