torque setting of verniers hex bolts

Hi,

as the heat has drawn me into the garage, just wanted to fiddle with the lift on the cams, anybody have an advice on the torque of the 4 hexbolts of the verniers, they are Piper btw

I think Piper quote 12Nm - I’d add locatite as well … but Im sure others may have better knowledge
