This is a pub about 10 miles from where I live. But in the late 60s I used to visit with my parents. I’d sit in the car park and feast on prawn sandwiches or chicken in the basket but, sadly, I can’t ever recall seeing the interior. Although my memory is so shot I may well have seen the beer/petrol pumps in action. It would be hard to forget those.
However, I do remember the car on the roof and regularly pass the pub(now without car and motoring theme) when I’m out on my bike.
