Hi all,
I spend many hours thinking about my old Exige and was wondering if anyone knows if it’s still around. It was a Titanium 192 S1, red leather with harnesses,registration X597XVF. I sold it back in 2003 to a guy from around the Birmingham area. I wish I would have kept it and brought it to Oz with me, I haven’t seen a single S1 here.
Any help is much appreciated

Has an export marker on DVLA website and not taxed in the UK since 2007. Sounds like another S1 exported from these shores!

It’d be good to know where it went etc. Every time I think about my time of owning it brings a grin to my face, by far the most exhilarating car I’ve had. I sold it for 19.5k back then, so definitely sold too cheap. Do you know if it was an Exiges members car between 2003 and 2007.

Where in OZ are you mate? I am in Wollongong… not seen any S1 Exiges and only a couple of S1 Elises!
I owned ‘Shrek’… just one digit off yours being X596XVF. Steve on here has it now!
Yup, I sold my first Exige S1, Silver back in 2008. Bought it for £ 16,500 from Peter Smith Sports Cars, sold it for £ 18,500. Like yours, it would now be £ 25K!
Andy D is on here with his amazing S1 SC Honda in Black! He is in Melborne now!

I’m over in sunny Perth. I see plenty of S2’s here, probably the best is a gloss black one with rego plates ‘GOTHAM’.
To the costs, i bought mine for 25.5k and sold it for 19.5k. Gutted at the time but even more so when i see the prices now!!!

Thanks for the info, i was going to call the DVLA tomorrow to find out the VIN number. At least i have the build number now
but don’t know where to start looking. I’ve been thinking of searching for it for a few years now but always had a problem re-registering
my membership.
Deep down, I’m hoping that if its been exported, its over here in OZ.
