I had a look at the Tillet Carbon Fibre race seats being sold by Hot-Lap.com at the Lotus Show, Donington.
The half alcantara seat looked great and the chap on the stand quoted something like �450 IIRC.
Looking at the Tillett site I can’t see the seat I saw http://www.tillett.co.uk/html/car_seat.html
Did anyone else look at these seats and shed some light on this?

I also looked at the Tillett seats but as they don’t mount on standard Lotus seat subframes and are side mounted only i went for a pair of Reverie C/F seats

“Hot Lap” is the company owned by Elgan & Tess Howell, who both race in the LOTRDC Series. They were manning the stand on both days of the show.
I thought the Tillett seats looked great, & they were comfy too. Suggest you phone Elgan & chat it through - bearing in mind he should be able to take a seat to Donny next weekend.
My kart has a tillet seat… it’s awesome…
and before you take the pi55 too much, the kart is considerably quicker to 60 than the Exige i have coming… try 0-60 is 2.8!!
