Throttle cable adjustment - HELP!

Typical, raining all day so I decide to spend the afternoon upside down in the foot well adjusting the accelerator position only to find that my car in no way resembles the workshop manual from fleabay or scoured from the web.

So… how do I adjust my throttle cable? Anyone got any ideas? Both ends shown (so to speak).

Currently idling just off second cam.

Sorted. 2 big “obvious” nuts in the middle of the second pic on the cable adjuster (DOH!). They just don’t want to move at the moment though.
