Hi guys,

I’m starting to need more space for kart racing gear so getting to the point where the Exige has to go :cry:

I’m likely getting a Megane R26.R, and a dealer has made me quite a good offer… Still obviously not what i’d get privately, but not bad considering other trade bids…

Anyway, I’d much rather sell privately to someone who really wants it! So if there’s anyone out there ready to pull the trigger you could have a great deal.

Dealer is talking around �28k (as part of a package), anyone interested there?

If no interest then i’m likely to go with the dealer this weekend.

At �28k id take their offer and be running to the hills, I dont think you could better that even in a private sale.

Bite the dealers arm off.

The revised 2010 Exige will kill residuals on pre 2010 models. A dealer had a similiar age/spec to your car on sale mid last year for �29,995.

How mcuh the trader is prepared to bid for it is another thing :slight_smile:
How much discount have you got / how good a deal is the megane.

If your paying top dollar for the megane then make sure you get top dollar for yours.

�28k isn’t what the dealer will be standing the car in at, probably more like �25-26k and taking a smaller profit on the Renault.
They’re giving you a high trade-in on your Exige to try and do the deal.

If you’re happy with the deal, go for it :slight_smile:
