the tires fit!

Inside the car, although I wouldn’t really recommend it.

Cheers Tim.

PS Only airbagged jobbie I’m familiar with, is Vinyl Veronique, & she’s started playing away from home now!

it’s the same as the vx220…

Yes sir, Mr Pesky - It’s standard fit. Our only option as an airbag is required here for manufacturer-built vehicles (although a few handy owners have replaced theirs with the removeable, non-airbag wheel).

It’s brushed aluminum, leather wrapped, and says MOMO on the bottom spoke. The only bad thing about it is that the horn buttons are under the leather on the tops spokes so you attract a bit of attention hitting them while turning at low speeds.

From what I’ve seen here, I’d have preferred the UK-spec wheel with the Vinyl Veronique safety system.

Yes, I’ve had 2 rear tyres on the passenger seat from Exeter to Cornwall. Its fine whilst they stay put but after a left hand bend… changing gear becomes interesting!

You take your tyres on holiday?!

Are you saying you dont then? How strange…

changing gear becomes interesting!

It certainly does! 5th & 6th were out of the question and the inner most tire alternated between either leaning on my shoulder or hand.

Fortunately it was surface streets and morning rush hour - unfortunately the rears were already slick and it had rained just enough to raise the oil on the streets.

Bonus is the tires don’t yammer on incessantly about shopping, etc.
