Yep - but got to work that day with a meeting already planned for the am. In hindsight may leave at lunch time though.

Whatever you do, don’t go down the A55, enter the national park via the A5 and take in the majesty.
I seem to recall the ‘EVO triangle’ is accessed off this route. It something like right at Llangollen (the seen of an infamous Exige car park shot in the days of the Doctor Who exhibition) and left over the bridge on to the A542. Round Horseshoe Pass and up to the crossroads with the A5104, where you turn left and head back down to the A5.
That and the stretch of the A5 a few miles before you met up with the A55 (mountains, lakes, flowing bends, etc) are real treats.

Sorry guy’s staying down coast with the family so towing earlier in the week, sounded fun shame.
ill be driving down on the Friday so id meet up anywhere really but im in the Coventry area
I will be leaving in the Morning… Good Friday Roads etc!
Perhaps jfk might relish the challenge of keeping up with you towning however!!!
