not a suprise. probably more to do with the proposed changes to vehicle distribution legislation than anything else.
The EU has extended the current rules until 1st June 2013 so I suspect its nothing more than getting themselves in shape for the new legislation.
I wounder if any will bail out before the 2 years ?

Briefly, what are these changes, mate? How come they appear to affect Lotus to such an extent, or are other manufacturers doing the same with their dealers?

It may be partly that but it’s part of their whole market change as well. heard they were probably going to do this some time ago, but considering some of the stuff I’ve heard they were going to do and havn’t I’m surprised this has actually happened.
