Do you we think we should send something to this chaps family, on behalf of the Exige community?
I dont know if any of you knew him, but its a terribly sad story …
Anyway, just a thought.

yes david i agree! it doesn’t even have to be money or flowers… just some nice words posted on here then printed off and then sent with a nice letter???
or even an email showing this post???
The driver was known to a couple of folks on Seloc. Sounds as if he was really well liked.
The worst sort of tragedy - condolences to their families, friends and all who knew both man.
This has been the second fatal accident in 2 weeks, the other being an elise involved in a head on collision.
Very sad indeed.
Deeply sad. I very much feel for the family.
I wonder if the family would appreciate a message though? It’s hard to know how they’re feeling. If they blame his obvious love of cars for the accident it may cause more hurt than good to hear from a community of car lovers that didn’t really know him.
If he was known to anybody or it can be confirmed a gesture would be appreciated I think it would be a very good idea. But any action should be done with his poor family in mind, not our own sadness.

Yeah… I can very much see your point, anyway, like I said, just an idea…

I havent thought about anything else all week. This has been a great blow to us all at Warden Law Kart Club with the un-timely loss of Bryan Hornby.
Bryan was a great guy, and over the 2 years I got to know him from when he first took me for my ARKS test, I considered him to be a friend. My thoughts and sympathy goes out to both families, closest friends and to Bryan’s fiancee.
