I’ve just re-newed my road tax and the Exige is down as a Private Light Vehicle (or something like that) rather than a Petrol Car (again, or something like that). It made the tax �165 rather than �160.
Does that make sense to anybody? (and no whitty retorts about how car tax makes to sense at all!)

So what defines a car in each category then?!
Oh now I see (I think?)! Because there’s no CO2 rating for an Exige it isn’t a TC48, so has to be a TC11 and hence get top tax whack - nice!
I guess that does get us a bit of a break on the old MOT test though.
Groovy new disk tax though - shiiiiiny bits.
