Thanks to everyone who made a suggestion on the car, I am hoping it was just water but I’ll have to play it by ear.
No 2bular for me yet but looking on the bright side hopefully I’ll not run too lean or burn out my engine just yet. I think I’ll be leaving it till after the wedding now as I cant strech to a new one atm.

On topic tho mine has felt really wierd to drive today, idle seemed to be bouncing around but only by 100-200 rpms as if the AC was on kinda? also it seemed really jerky at low speeds and was noticeably stiff to get the gears from cold esp 1st/2nd.
Took it quite easy cos I just had this feeling today It was gonna let me down, dunno why prolly just being paranoid about every unusual noise it makes plus I’ve got used to my new 60 plate transit which is relatively smooth thru the gears has a really light clutch and a high bite point, the long and short of it I think is I dont drive it enough to fully understand it.

Which roads do you normally use? I think I seen you on the gospel end rd once before? but do you use the 449/rabit run n stuff? I’m usually on either of those pretty boring drive today tbh I thought I had no fuel so was going slow but everyone else was going even slower about 30-40 50 even on a good stretch haha
All I saw today was some chav in a old corsa with one of those grumbly zorsts some alloys and a corsa sticker in the back window ROFLMAO probably a 1.2 or somthing and he’s sitting revving it in traffic as if its the dogs hah!

Roads I frequent are Gospel end , A449 to Stourton/Stewpony ,accross to Bridgenorth by motor museum then usually sideways off that island up to the next , finally Bridgenorth road (beware cameras)to Wolves …
Saw the Radical on the Bridgenorth road and “passed” the Startled RS4 Driver on the Dual Carriageway section of the A449…
That sounds similar to the route I tend to go only in reverse so I’m surprised I havnt seen you about more, been out today and its run lovely Idle was the same but throttle response seemed better as did the gear changes so its probably that it just needs more use, lovely day for driving but that tends to be the problem too many sunday drivers loads of bikers all out enjoying the summery day as if it were the last hehe
