When taking my car to the dealer a couple of months ago i was about half a mile from the garage after a 50 mile trip stuck in start stop traffic when the brakes were sticking on,to the point that when coasting out of gear they would stop the car with quite a “pull”.Well after having the car trailered back to them that night and them having the car for week it was decided that the handbrake cable was at fault. All has been well since however today the fault returned, intermittent but at one point i was in third about 4000 revs and the car was wanting to go nowhere fast.dabbing the brake pedal seemed to release the “fault”.Anyone else had a similar problem?I not keen on letting the car go again for another week only for the cable to be changed again and the problem coming back.Any thoughts appreciated.
