Well, my cars been very much neglected for the past 12 months and looking at sending the nitrons off for a refresh as it’s probably been a good 8yrs since they were fitted.
What spring rates are people running nowadays ?
Mine are what is NTR40’s now (single way).

Yeah still got the 340r too and bought an S2 111S last year that I was considering doing a Honda conversion on.
