Nipped over the Pennines to Yorks for the Nyloc monthly meeting. Four S1 Exiges turned up: Mine, Deggles, Les, and Chevron’s ex-Mike Stripe car.
A bit down on the night when there were 10(or was it 11?) in the car park.
Interestingly, two Nyloc members each have an S1 and a 340R … a trend I don’t think I will be following in view of the valuations now placed on 340Rs.
Plenty of other Lotus on hand, ranging from from a couple of Elan+2s to Ishy’s GTE

I wish I’d knew about events like this, I’d try to swell the numbers by one! Sorry was this LDC or NYLOC (I’m a member of neither, sadly).
It serves as both, plus Club Lotus which in part is the reason for regular good turnouts. I miss going…

NYLOC meet up in the evening on the 4th Tuesday of each month at the Buckles Inn on the A64, just South West of York. I believe most arrive somewhere between 6pm-7pm. I’m not a member as yet, but planning on going to the meet at the end of Aug, hoping to see some S1’s! http://www.nyloc.org
