Cycling gone a bit pear shaped this year 
got into Ultra racing last year did a couple of unsupported 1000km + races in Middle East and Europe but now back down to earth with a bang.

1,000Km?! Madness! Top effort, though. Thanks to Covid I am ahead of my annual target so been doing a fair bit. Doing Bay Way on Friday. Walney Island to Glasson Dock . . and knocked of a club 100-mile at 15.6mph av. So goinb pretty well given my advancing years, thanks.
