Spotted these on SELOC - not sure how the weights add up compared to the Rimstocks (9.4kgs for the 8x17s) but they do them in a variety of offsets and patterns:
7x16s too:

Have you got the SELOC link Matt?
Indeed I have:
If it helps you can see the compomotive wheels on my Exige S1.
Compomotive made this set of wheels especially upon our request.
Yes they had a set of wheels similar for the Elise S1 but for the Exige S1 the only set they had used different wheels on the front and rear.
The previous set was the one I had on this car (Exige Honda Sprint) :

No those wheels are not the lightest I confirm ! but they are solid and it is a very nice looking alternativ…and more important they are made in UK )
I visited the factory at Birmingham and I am proud to buy made in UK wheels )
Not a single nuts is made outside UK.
My car pics with the compo here : http://www.lmsc.info/lotus/exige-s1-lhd-exceptionnelle-23-000-kms-432.html
They look great! I’ve just sent an email to Compomotive about 10minutes ago requesting a price
Seems they only do them in 8x17 on the rear, where as the standard wheels are 8.5x17? Is that the same for yours?
Either way, thumbs up from me
I guess that’s the option that Emmanuel (LMSC) went for on the other thread Matt?
Ignore me, just noticed Emmanuel has already posted…
Emmanuel is the yellow honda car Sincs old Camel liveried car?
FYI on prices for these:
The MO1674 will cost 172.26 each including VAT
The MO1783 will cost 202.35 each including VAT
The price above is for our standard finish of White or Silver.
Surcharged colours are Matt Black, Anthracite Grey and Gold. The surcharge
is 10.20 per wheel including VAT.Delivery would cost 9.00 per carton. Each carton contains two wheels. So a
set of four should cost 18.00 to mainland UK.
So it 748 for a set + 18 delivery. Seems like a cheap, lighter alternative to the Rimstocks? Cheaper too if done as a groupbuy.
wooooooooo - white wheels - bet Ben’s just got a semi

Hmmmm white wheels…I’ve gone all wistful
I like 'em but as Chris mentioned previously I think they might look a bit weedy on the rear although in fairness I think you would need to see them in the flesh. Emmanuel’s greeen car is still a beaut though…
I think the fact they’re almost flat and not dished, as well as the fact they’re 1/2" narrower is the reason.
No reason why you couldn’t get them in a slightly lower offset to make them protrude a bit more.
For the price though, great for a 2nd set of wheels.
I’m actually quite partial to these:

George, I think your gearbox woes have affected your thinking! They would look bloody aweful IMHO… unless you also have a BMW!
I like those George, dont listen to the old git!
Those look cheap
Bit too bling for my liking. And I’m not old!
I’ve got to say I quite like them.
like the gold centred ones
You are right regarding the rear wheels. You’ve really got some ‘‘Eagle eyes’’
Indeed 1/2 inch wider will be perfect. If I order a new set I will ask to modify the E.T (which is possible).
