Quick question, and I know it�s going back a while, but does anyone know of any galleries from the Spa LoT races last year � I had a quick looksee in the usual places but couldn’t find any…

Was just trying to find out a bit more about one of the Red Motorsport cars (the Dutch Supercar Challenge ones) and came across this pic:

Yeah mate I did, just seems like they�re running some interesting cars, though I can�t quite make up my mind whether �79.000 for one of them is either rather reasonable or kinda pricy, humm…

Well this page gives you the details: Exige GT4DSC

In short It states that:
this car is build up from the basic chassis of a CUP using CF body parts and a 185 cm wide spoiler. These parts are unpainted. Getting them painted is another 3K.
Weight of the car 770 kg.
It is equipped with datarcording and gps from Race Technology. It has the airjacks.

Enginewise it stays the same
It has an LSD installed.
A 6 speed sequentiel gearbox is available at 22K.
For suspension it uses 3 way adjustable shocks from ZF Sach Race with Eibach springs.

For price reference: a normal cup 260 costs 67,8K

Hope this helps. Not sure, but I think Red themselves do use a tweeked version of this car.

Cheers Nico, was just being curious really � keep seeing the cars at the Britcar 24 � look brilliant - but never seem to do so well, last year I think they got all of 4 laps in, and the year before the car was sat in a garage with a splitter full of grass.

Seem like quick cars though, looking at the qually timesfrom the LoT race they were the only people who were able to give Randy a run for his money…
