Solonois valves

I noticed some kind of solonoid valves in the left rear of the Exige at the wheelarch liner, what are these for?
I have taken some pictures.

I could really do with these if anyone knows where I can get them from.

They were purely for drive by noise, and closed a large butterfly in the intake at certain speeds/loads.

Most of the flaps were taken out at first service or when 190 conversion/ECU swap was done.

So can I bypass them John?

You can leave them off and blank the vacuum hose to them. Unless you are planning on having a flat spot in acceleration everytime you accelerate?

That’ll do, they’re in a shit state. Anyway you’ll be doing it

You two are made to be together .
Professor and student .

I’m watching and learning, one day I will return …

Tbh … If I had the funds I’d buy Waynes car in a flash

My butterfly has gone.
Can you leave them completely away?

Awwwwww!

Sad to say, Pesky, I remember that tune.

Really useful thread. I had wondered what they were.
