Work. 11am to 5 pm. Home, two bottles interesting Belgian beer, made spag Bol, three glasses of cheap red. Watching Masterchef’.

Home by seven to help get the kids into bed and then cook some supper for me and Mrs Benja. Then relax for a bit watching TV trash whilst surfing and doing some work.
Quiet weekend planned, well as quiet as it is ever is. Weather is gonna be shit tomorrow though so my boys will be climbing the wall

Yesterday I flew home from a week working in Abu Dhabi. Then drove home from Heathrow. That pretty much took the whole day.
Saturday, session with personal trainer (no bloody comments you gits!!) then pick my daughter up from Dancing, then home to chop wood, then watch qually

Drove out to the blue mountains and had a bit of a hike today.

Ferry to Manly tomorrow morning for walk up to the North Head, later packing for 4 weeks flying around then off to airport … Real early Monday …
