So 12 cylinders is key.....

4 in the exige and the other 8 in the daily driver:

looks better in the flesh, colour is black by metallic to the point of being deep athracite

Blimey - epic sound machine! :open_mouth:

yeah it’ll make some noise alright!

Damn that’s not a shabby daily drive Tim, very nice…

Good lad :sunglasses: truly epic choice!

We’ll have to do a V8 thunder family day out

Tim that’s awesome, has to be the most jaw dropping noise on the road. I’d rather close my eyes and listen to 10 of those pass me in a high gear at low speed than any Italian super car at any speed.

Great choice Tim.

Joint best sounding road car with Mazzer GT

Best noise ever and the fastest depriciating car since the E46 M3  , a friend of mine has owned both from new to about 2 years old he said he would never be stung again after the M3

Yeah I’ve always been someone who went for older cars, scared rigid of taking a bath on a motor, so this thing is a departure for me.

Trouble is a 30k miler on a '10 plate and you’re looking at 33k from an indie and it probably wont be a facelift car. This was only 5k more, is a 13 plate and low milage, and I get a years warranty on it to protect me somewhat from it’s being a lemon.

Would I have paid 62k for it a year ago? nope

I looked at these when I bought my recent daily driver… loved the idea of em… and an estate car would have done the business practicality wise… just couldn’t bring myself to do it in the end… MPG and rear wheel drive just killed the all-year-round perfect daily driver for me…

Ended up with an S4 instead… which I have to say, is very, very good so far.

yeah S4 was an option when I bought my 335i, but still can’t get on with the brakes and helm feel.

I lost a chunk on my 3rd E46 M3 but did ok on first 2 I had. First I sold in 2002 at just over 12 months and from memory I think it was about £3k to change and that included the 19" option which wasn’t available on the first car.

E92 M3 was the best as sold at a premium after less than a month

Lot of car you have there for the money Tim and oh that noise.

Epic, as my son has taken to saying recently. Usually in relation to Minecraft but I reckon this would top even that .

hopefully pick it up at the weekend

Just need to move on the 335i now

Seen it in the metal…WOW :sunglasses:

no need for a doorbell when you have a v8

Sitting there reading with my kids and heard the roar and thought wtf is that! What an epic sound, you’ll never get bored of that

Nice Tim, enjoy

all that happens with a noise like that is the fuel bill are larger
