Snetterton Novice Trackday

Attended a novice trackday yesterday at Snetterton run by Motor Sport Vision. Good organisation and well worth the experience as it was my 1st trackday. The majority of the attendees were veteran trackdayers with a sprinkling of racers - only about 20 cars attended.

Took a lesson with a chap called Richard - well worth the money and had a great part to play in my improvement during the day - probably confidence not ability.

One other Exige S there - red, that absolutly trounced everything in its way. Tried to follow his lines and learnt alot until he kept disappeared out of sight.

The weather was wet windy with a downpour of hailstones before lunch. My A048s started coming into their own at about 3pm when a dry line started to appear and after spending the majority of the day tip toeing around, it was great to start to get an appreciation of what these cars can do.

Well worth the experience, now can’t wait till Rockingham on Sunday and Bedford on the 8th - well and truely got the bug!

Good lad
