Quite a few guys are using the Yokohamas that were used in the Elise Motorsport series. I think you can still buy them from Lotus.

I am using Dunlops, and friends use Pirelli and Avon’s. We haven’t found one tyre to be better than any other, but the Pirellis are about AUD$100 (STG$35) more expensive per tyre. I don’t remember the compound details, but will look it up next time I’m in the race shop
