Hi Guys,
I’ve pm’d SimonE to get contact details for Tony Pearman in the hope that Tony can fix the play in my Titan Throttle Bodies. If anyone knows Either Simons or Tony’s contact details, please can you give them a nudge or pm me details please??

Car is booked in for it’s 2nd track day in my ownership and I need to ensure I get more than 5 laps before it gives up. I’d rather take the Exige over the MX5!!

Oh and I only have 7 days to work on the car before the track day… No pressure then!

Been to pick up the TB’s tonight and met a thoroughly good chap and serial Lotus owner in the form of Simon. He also owns a reg plate I’d like dearly, but at least it’s on an appropriate car!

I’ll get busy with the spanners (OK, the Hex keys) tomorrow, and hopefully make the car great again!

Fitted the T/Bs today, and after double checking everything, I turned the key. It burst into life on the second crank and idled much lower down the rev range than previously on my T/Bs. I inflicted Lincolnshire to a VHPD at full chat and can report that the car ran just perfectly… So THIS is how a S1 Exige should run! Fantastic result Simon and after the trackday on the 21st August I think I’ll take it up to Buckles and join that Yorkshire crowd, the two I’ve met so far seem decent sorts!!!
