I booked a room in Towcester Travelodge 22 Aug in anticipation I would attend Silverstone 23 Aug, but I can’t attend due to work commitment (day is full anyway).

The forecast changes like the weather, and they never get it right anyway… I’ll have a look out of the window monday morning and that’ll tell me more or less what kinda day its gonna be, I hope its dry cos my rear r888’s are already ruined I only took it for a spin last saturday in the wet and it was skittish both front and rear and that was only at fastish road speeds :crazy:

My other sport is windusring, very weather dependant so totally agree with you about forecast, many time drive miles based on a great forecast only to get to a beach and find it flat calm

Talking of weather Cadwell was intersting today in frequent monsoon conditions
Fingers crossed for Monday

The Touring cars are at Silverstone today and it looks lovely tommorow its forecast torrential rain up to 7am then patchy rain from 1pm onwards :frowning: dosent look very promising at all unfortunately…

I’ve met you before at Silverstone Balboa I was in the orange exige and later you came over to me by the photo stand remember?
