Being completely ignorant of the subject (other than I like shiney things) are these wrap around? My seats don’t even have harness holes (yet) but I assume when they do all I need is a bar to finish the job off?

yes mate, you need a harness bar and they just wrap around that

Can I retain the inertia reels and do they use the existing seatbelt fittings, ie. can I easily DIY fit?

If you buy the longer bolt kit from MSAR you can keep both 3 point inertia and the 4-points.

to be honest, i keeped my interia ones with out this kit. Just used the spring already in place as a spacer. Work perfect for me. was this wrong?
