Anyone know a good way to remove the sticky pads which hold the sill covers to the inside sills or is it just a b****rd of a job.

I used 3M surface cleaner and a Vinyl thingy jiggy but anything sharp will do it, plastic leaving less marks. We use the same bond tape at work, it’s all the stuff from above and a bastard of a job I’m afraid but I removed all mine, each sill taking half hour.
