sick of flooded trunk (and the rubber seals are full with water anyway) after a shower… Wondering if anyone has ever thought about a showercap for the S1? Similar to the Elise ones but of course longer in the back to cover the whole engine lid?
shouldn’t be a problem? Maybe I’ll ask @Elemental for a prototype
Before recent Le Mans Classic, I bought some ripstop material,got my devoted wife to stitch a couple of elasticated bands to fit round the wing mirrors(just like an Elise showercap). As a temporary measure I cut slots in the rearmost part of the material,passed the material either side of the wing struts and safety pinned them together.A more professional rear attachment won’t be too hard to come up with.
It packs very small and seems to do the trick.
It’s so good I might offer them for sale.
