Evening all!
Has anyone fitted a Shift-i to their Exige S? Lotus don’t recommend the suggested fitting method, splicing into the coil wiring, but was wondering if people had done this?

Hey Rich, I’ll be doing this during the winter shut down, I read the Shift-i light site info a while back… I’m sure Lotus have issue with most mods done to there cars, what’s the problem with the coil wiring?
I have now found a way around the problem with splicing into the coil pack wiring that Lotus really didn’t like - not cheap but very effective and easy!!

Also interested. I have these fitted already by splicing into the coil wiring. I’ve had problems with it not registering any RPM, but it always works when I’ve also got the datalogger connected.
The solution to the problem is currently being tested, if all goes to plan I’ll ask the guy who came up with the solution to go public!
